ASPseek is free software, and if you like it, the best thing you can do for it is to help the project. There are several possibilities.
Programmer
If you want to become an ASPseek developer, please subscribe to aseek-devel mailing list and tell what you want to do, ask what needs to be done, or send a patch. Before staring to write the code, please read our CodingStyle document.We use CVS to keep ASPseek source code. Anonymous read-only CVS access is allowed; write access can also be granted. Read more about CVS access.
We use Bugzilla to track ASPseek bugs, so the process is open. Visit bugzilla.aspseek.org and create your account, so you will be able to send bug reports, submit your comments or patches to existing bugs, and be notified by e-mail about "your" bugs.
Non-programmer
If you are not a programmer, there are many others way to help the project.- Documentation
- Send us corrections/additions to existing manual, or write your own guide or HOWTO.
- Financial
- Any kind of sponsorship in money, hardware or other resources would be appreciated.
- Links
- If you are using ASPseek, please put a "Powered by ASPseek" logo or a banner, linked to www.aspseek.org to your site. Feel free to use these nice-looking ASPseek images.
- Mailing list
- Be more active in users mailing list and/or forum; if you know the answer to the question asked, feel free to answer.
